We’re Tammy and Mike Ray, a husband-and-wife team who turned a 50-year-old horse trailer into a one-of-a-kind mobile bar built with heart, craftsmanship, and a dream.

Since 2022 we’ve been bringing people together through good drinks and great memories. What began as a simple idea quickly became our passion project — a way to share joy, laughter, and celebration wherever we go.

Life recently guided us to a new adventure at the Lake of the Ozarks, where we’re excited to continue doing what we love most. It feels like life adjusted us right where we belong — surrounded by beautiful views, good people, and endless opportunities to make new memories.

Our custom-built trailer is fully equipped with everything needed to keep the good times flowing — a two-tap kegerator, wine cooler, and three-door under-cabinet refrigerator that can hold up to 400 cans of beer, plus hot and cold running water for full service anywhere.

From weddings and parties to graduations and corporate events, we bring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, tailoring every setup to match your vision.

At Rustic Canteen, our mission is simple: to create memorable experiences filled with connection, laughter, and fun. We love what we do, and we can’t wait to share it with the Lake community and beyond.
